Currently, Magenta Style Boutique ships merchandise within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) excluding Pre-orders. Pre-orders will be shipped on designated dates showing. Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge of $35. All orders must be made by 1PM CST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.

During the holidays there is a possibility of delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business day shipping policy.

There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note, that shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our primary shipping entity. We appreciate your patience as we all work through the unprecedented times we are experiencing.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will not allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our Runway Beauties and team members. We appreciate your understanding.

All sale, discounted items, and items purchased with store credit are considered FINAL SALE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE PURCHASING

Once payments have been made, we cannot cancel or modify an order. Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. You will be notified of any changes.

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number.

If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we will notify you. Thank you for your patience.
